To say that Jonathan is passionate about baking is an understatement. Intent on bringing “real” bread to the masses, he rises early to bake a selection of sourdough, continental and Irish breads on site fresh each morning. And for those of us with a sweet tooth, a selection of viennoiserie and confectionery regularly make it to the shelves.
A bakery run in the traditional manner, all stock is prepared by hand using timeless artisan methods without additives or preservatives and with only the highest quality ingredients.
